The third season of the American TV show The Traitors was announced on February 7, 2024. It is set to premiere on January 9, 2025. The new season’s first episode opened with a shocking twist. Twenty-five contestants stepped onto a steam train but were told that one person in each of the three train carriages would need to volunteer to leave the game. After several painfully awkward silences, three brave volunteers stepped up, hoping their sacrifice would pay off with a reward later. Whether they’ll come back in a twist is unclear, but for now, their exit felt permanent.
